Roberto
Roberto is a young ambitious chef, with Tuscan heritage, working side by side with Angelo, he has become an artist in Italian cuisine. His creativity is endless and has become our bridge to authentic to contemporary Italian food by still upholding our restaurant values.
mIRKO
Mirko is one of the founders of Gusto d'Oro. A Neapolitan chef with experience of over 20 years in the kitchen. Mirko was taught by his own mamma all secrets of Italian food, which is why our food is genuine and authentic. His vibrant and lively character is the highlight of our restaurant team spirit, you can even hear him singing from the kitchen!
